จังหวัดหนองคาย:พายุฤดูร้อนพัดถล่มบ้านเรือราษฎรเสียหาย กว่า 30 หลัง ทหารเรือสถานีเรือรัตนวาปี นรข.เขตหนองคาย นำกำลังพลร่วมกับผู้นำหมู่บ้าน เร่งตัดต้นไม้ที่ล้มทับถนนเพื่อให้สัญจรได้
วันที่ 4 พฤษภาคม 2569 ร.อ.ชัชนันท์ โสดา หน.สน.เรือรัตนวาปี นรข.เขตหนองคาย นำกำลังพล ร่วมกับผู้นำท้องถิ่น จิตอาสา พร้อมเครื่องมือ เข้าตัดต้นไม้ขนาดใหญ่หลายต้น ที่ล้มทับถนน เส้นริมโขงบ้านตาลชุม-บ้านหนองแก้ว ต.รัตนวาปี อ.รัตนวาปี จ.หนองคาย หลังถูกพายุฤดูร้อนพัดถล่มอย่างหนักเมื่อคืนวันที่ 3 พ.ค. 69 ที่ผ่านมา ทำให้ไม่สามารถสัญจรไปมาได้ จนสามารถสัญจรได้ตามปกติ จากนั้นได้ตัดกิ่งไม้ที่หักทับ บ้านเรือนราษฎรที่ได้รับความเสียหาย พายุฤดูร้อนพัดถล่มพื้นที่ อ.รัตนวาปี ในครั้งนี้มีทั้งลมฝนและลูกเห็บ บ้านเรือของประชาชนได้รับเสียหาย กว่า 30 หลัง ส่วนความเสียหายอยู่ในระหว่างการสำรวจของเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อหาให้การช่วยเหลือต่อไป#หนองคาย#พายุ#รัตนวาปี#โภควินทร์#พ่อตู้ลภ
